Saying Goodbye

Some of our closest friends will be moving away by the time we're home from vacation, so we said our goodbyes before we left. We will sure miss these two families!

Toby thinks quite highly of his friend Bella, and says he will marry her when he's older. He even proposed one day at McDonald's--"Bella, do you want to marry me when I'm all grown up?" And she just stared back at him like he was asking her to give him the moon! ;-) The last few times they played together, neither one would cooperate for pictures. The first one is the best shot I could get of them.

We had Nate, Audrey, and their children over for dinner one last time before their move, as well. They have two boys close to Toby's age, and the three of them are best buddies. They also have a boy Zach's age, and we've dubbed the two of them "Double Trouble". There's no telling what mischief they will get into when they are together! Their little baby girl is so very sweet--I could hold her all day long! After dinner Dan turned the sprinklers on in the backyard so the boys could splash together--they all had such a great time, and it made for a great photo opportunity!
