Despite the sad circumstances of being up in Minnesota for Dan's grandother's funeral, we had a good time visiting with Dan's extended family. We just wish Grandma Lois could have been there with us--we sure do miss her. The camera stayed in our hotel room the entire time we were up there, but I managed to snap one good photo of Zach with Great Grandpa Peterson.

We went to a mini adventure park along the road back home--it was a very nice break from being in the car all those long hours! As you can tell from the pictures below, the boys loved it--although Zach did get a little nervous on the train (it was going pretty fast!), and the "helicopter ride" was frightening for him. Toby could have stayed all night, though!
